Forensic Science Program
Forensic science is the application of scientific principles and methods to determine facts of legal significance and WCU has a highly qualified array of forensic faculty to provide you with excellent training in all areas of this exciting discipline. 

You’ll receive hands-on training in our state-of–the-art facilities and the outstanding curriculum, research opportunities, and cooperative education experiences will lead you to excellent career opportunities.

Your coursework will include background courses in mathematics and physics as well as each of the following areas: criminal justice, digital evidence, forensic anthropology, forensic biology, forensic chemistry, and forensic psychology.

The Forensic Science Program at Western Carolina University is a collaborative experience which involves you in many programs.
